VIRTUAL STAGING – $35 – $55
Enhance the appeal of the photos of an empty room with Virtual Staging. This is part of our arsenal of tools that we use to give potential buyers a different perspective. This will help viewers envision how the space can be utilized and furnished.
Basic Staging: $35 per image – No choice of furniture, as is, no editing options.
Advanced Staging: $55 per image – 3 types of furniture to choose from, better shadow details, small edits or adjustments if required after delivery.
***Room must be completely empty of furniture. ***Add $30 per image to remove existing furniture from image prior to staging.
